Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (up to 120 hours) from the time of purchase.
During peak seasons (October through January), processing time may extend by up to 3 additional business days due to increased order volume.Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–15 business days, depending on the destination and carrier operations.

Split Shipments
To ensure efficient fulfillment, orders may be shipped from multiple warehouse locations.
As a result, customers may receive separate packages for a single order.Each shipment will have its own tracking information.
