Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (up to 120 hours) from the time of purchase.
During peak seasons (October through January), processing time may extend by up to 3 additional business days due to increased order volume.

Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.


Shipping & Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–15 business days, depending on the destination and carrier operations.

  • Delivery timeframes begin only after the order has been shipped
  • Weekends and holidays are excluded from delivery estimates
  • Delivery may be affected by factors outside the merchant’s control (e.g., carrier delays, weather, logistics constraints)

Split Shipments

To ensure efficient fulfillment, orders may be shipped from multiple warehouse locations.
As a result, customers may receive separate packages for a single order.

Each shipment will have its own tracking information.


Tracking Information

All orders are fully trackable.
Customers receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once the order has been dispatched.

Customer Support

If a customer experiences issues locating a delivered package, they must contact us within a reasonable timeframe so we can assist with a carrier investigation if applicable.
